Melissa Moran

As Vice President with CBRE’s Northern Colorado office, Melissa Moran is a retail specialist for occupier and investor representation for leasing and investment sales.

Ms. Moran brings fifteen years’ experience in the shopping center industry and a keen understanding of lease negotiations, site selection and asset dispositions and acquisitions. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Moran was a regional director of a shopping center portfolio of three million square feet throughout the West and Midwest for Bayer Properties. Her passion for understanding the dynamic nature of retail, working with merchants, landlords and institutional partners translates into serving the interests and goals of her clients with attention to detail and excellence.
