Jessica Ostermick

Jessica Ostermick is Market Leader for Colorado, overseeing all CBRE Advisory Services lines of business in the state, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management. She leads CBRE’s five Colorado offices in downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.

Prior to her role as Colorado Market Leader, Jessica was a partner on Denver’s leading industrial institutional investment sales and leasing team. Her team arranged several of Colorado’s largest industrial property transactions on record, including the 1.95-million-sq.-ft. Colorado Industrial Portfolio sale. The team held nearly 80% market share of capital markets transactions greater than $25 million.

Before joining CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group, Jessica was CBRE’s Director of Research and Analysis for the Colorado region. In this role, she generated market insight and intelligence to support defensible decision making for CBRE professionals and clients across every major commercial property type. She also led national thought leadership efforts for data centers, multifamily and the energy vertical.

Earlier in her career, Jessica was a Research Economist with Development Research Partners where she closely tracked the Colorado economy and performed various real estate and economic research projects for public and private clients, including economic and fiscal impact analysis, industry cluster analysis and feasibility studies. She also served as Director of Business Development for OZ Architecture.
