Together with his partners, Tyler Carner and Jessica Ostermick, Jeremy focuses exclusively on Industrial properties providing leadership as part of both the leasing and capital markets teams at CBRE.
Jeremy and his partners advise Industrial Tenants and Landlords in Colorado currently representing over 10 million SF across the metro area.
Jeremy and his partners are also members of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in 8 key logistics hubs, the 31 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners team are able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional, and local clients. In 2022, the team successfully completed 215 transactions in excess of 35 million square feet, and totaling $5,200,000,000 in gross consideration. In Denver, this team has a Industrial Capital Markets share of transactions over $25 million of greater than 80%.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeremy was Vice President and Acquisitions Officer for Lowe Enterprises, closing over 2.8 million square feet of transactions, totaling more than $790.5 million.
