Zachary D. Alm, is Vice President at CBRE with over 15 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Zachary is in the Valuation & Advisory Services group’s Denver office within the Intermountain Region.  Professional experience has been in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, consultations, reviews, market studies, tax appeals and litigation support of commercial properties. Zachary's primary experience encompasses hospitality properties (franchised/non-franchised extended-stay, full-service, limited-service, luxury/upscale).  Primary geographical experience is the Denver metropolitan area, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and the resort communities of Aspen, Avon, Breckenridge, Eagle, Edwards and Vail.
