About

Welcome

Life has its challenges and our greatest growth can occur in the midst of our struggles. Counseling can provide a safe environment to navigate life’s challenges and promote healthy, effective outcomes. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling in 1992 from Loyola University Institute of Pastoral Studies and have been an active member of the Catholic Psychotherapy Association for several years. My treatment approach is holistic focusing on the dignity and intrinsic goodness of the human person. Many of the clients I serve are Catholic and choose to integrate this anthropology into their treatment. However, that is not a requirement and individuals have the freedom to choose whether or not to integrate their spiritual beliefs. I am trained in a wide range of approaches as listed below and am accepting new patients as availability arises as well as supervising other counselors who also aspire to integrate faith into their counseling practice. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you and assist you in gaining a better self-understanding, increased tools to deal with life, more positive outcomes and overall strength in who you are as a unique person.
