The improvements are great.The additional security is annoying but necessary. Some features are better, but some are not users friendly,, such as transfers within 1stffcu account holders.. The major issue is the lose of pervious options, e.g. linking joint accounts, credit cards and loans so they are accessible to both joint account holders. If this is not re- installed. It will force us the make major and aggravating changes.

Not enough mobile banking options hopefully that's part of the update. App doesn't shut down properly you have to tap multiple times to exit or it will continue to run in the background even though you've logged out.

The latest version takes care of the issues I had previously with the app. Not necessarily the most elegant app but very useable and mostly intuitive interface. Still using it.
