Leak Alerts will be changing to new Water Usage Alerts

Utility customers will be able to set customizable alerts and monitor water usage 24/7 for their homes and businesses on a new Water Usage Dashboard. More information about the new dashboard and how customers can set personalized thresholds for alerts will be available on our website in May.

The City of St. Albert's MyCity system allows residents and local businesses to register for and manage the services they receive from the municipality. Presently available services include:

• Business licence registration, renewals, records and billing
• Dog licence registration, renewals, records and billing
• Utility service records, water usage and billing
• View assessment and taxation records
