The Alberta Teachers’ Association is hosting two upcoming telephone townhall meetings for teachers and parents to discuss issues and concerns with government plans for returning to school in the fall.

The Telephone townhalls will feature ATA President Jason Schilling and infectious disease specialist Dr Lynora Saxinger to discuss some of the science around COVID-19 transmission and implications for schools and the classroom.

Telephone townhalls are fully interactive, so you will have an opportunity to ask our speakers questions live on the call. 

Once registered, you will receive more information about the events. On the day of the event, you will receive a phone call and all you have to do is answer the call to be automatically joined into our teletownhall.
