Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) hosts an annual high school conference to educate and inspire young female leaders toward future careers in business. The robust one-and-a-half-day programming hosts a lineup of diverse speakers and opportunities for attendees to cultivate a strong network of mentors and peers. On its second day, the conference will cover all aspects of applying to college, including a panel led by current Harvard students, resume and personal brand workshops, and a tour of Harvard’s campus. In 2022, we hosted around 200 in-person attendees as well as 100+ virtually throughout the conference.

This year, BOLD attendees will hear from three keynote speakers as well as one fireside chat speaker and eight panelists! We are excited to hear from speakers including Demetra Pinsent (CEO of Charlotte Tilbury), Lidiane Jones (CEO of Slack at Salesforce), Lara Abrash (Chair of the Board of Deloitte), and Mary Yee (CEO of Tatcha). In addition to hearing from industry speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from current Harvard students about applying to college both through an organized panel and informal breakouts. In its seventh year, BOLD will continue to welcome and empower the next generation of female leaders.
