Homelessness NSW and the PHN invite you to an online workshop on homelessness and health access, aimed at understanding the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness in accessing primary health care in the Hunter, New England, and Central Coast PHN region. We are currently preparing a data-led needs analysis, which will give us some useful information. However, we are aware that top-down data does not tell the full story. With your help, we aim to design primary health care approaches to support positive health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
