Fukasaku is devoted to sustainability, locality and healthy eating!
All seafood we serve here is caught by local fishermen - we know who caught our fish and where they are from. Our proximity of ocean and fishers enable us to source our seafood either direct from the fishermen or the plan. We have no middlemen involved.
We have great selections of seasonal local harvests, BC beers, wines and sake.
