Join local caregivers and community members for a free informational and inspirational meeting to learn how homecare co-ops can offer an employment alternative for caregivers and quality homecare services for our community’s elders. The Northwest Cooperative Development Center will present information on how 5 homecare cooperatives in Western Washington are creating quality jobs for caregivers in their communities and how you can do the same in your community!

Hosted by the Northwest Cooperative Development Center, this is an informational session for caregivers in Kitsap County that may be interested in forming an employee owned cooperative.

Registration Policies for Workshops:

Registration and Fees (IF ANY): Payment of seminar fees may be made by check or money order. No credit card information can be accepted by email, fax, over the phone or at the event. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above. Refunds of 90% can be issued if canceled at least 5 days in advance. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is canceled, all fees will be returned.

Photographs: Photos taken during training may be used by SBDC for promotional purposes. Please inform the SBDC personnel onsite OR email training@wsbdc.org with the class information to request photos that include you not be publicized.

Special Accommodations: In accordance with the American Disabilities Act and state law, you may request accommodations due to a disability by contacting the event organizer listed above. Advance notice may be necessary for some accommodations. Registration must be paid prior to accommodation requests.
