People with disability can’t get the support they need because they and their teams can’t access rapid antigen tests.

This means that people are being forced to make impossible choices; to miss out on things like support showering or leaving the house, or to risk exposure to COVID-19.

While the Minister has announced free RATs for people living and working in supported independent living, there are still around 460,000 people with disability in the NDIS who are in desperate need of tests, including people who need personal care in their own home.

That’s why we’re calling on the Federal Minister for the NDIS, Linda Reynolds, and Federal Minister for Health, Greg Hunt, to give people with disability and their teams free RATs.
